Meet Our Team

Josh
Owner & Fitness Coach

Josh holds Cert III & IV in Fitness, Bootcamp Level 1 & 2 certifications, and is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Karate. He has 8 years of experience in personal and group training, 10 years as a karate instructor, and has owned Body Blitzer Fitness Centre since taking over in late 2020. Josh is passionate about helping people improve the quality of their life through fitness coaching and is deeply committed to building strong, supportive communities that prioritise long-term health, well-being and longevity.

Jess
Fitness Coach

Jess holds a Certificate III in Fitness and has six months of fitness coaching experience. She’s passionate about running, has trained consistently in the gym for over two years, and brings a strong sporting background after playing netball for six years. With a Level 1 First Aid qualification and a calm, friendly approach, Jess supports clients with energy, encouragement and care.

Julie
Fitness Coach

Julie is certified with Cert III & IV in Fitness and has 3 years of experience in group fitness and personal training, including 12 months of supervised work. She’s been part of the Body Blitzer community for 9 years, first as a client and now as a valued member of the coaching team. Julie is extremely passionate about helping others and brings high energy and genuine care into every session and with every client she works with.

Mel
Fitness Coach

Mel is currently completing her Cert III & IV in Fitness and has 12 months of supervised experience in group fitness and personal training. She’s been consistently training for the past 7 years, with a strong focus on strength work and boxing, and brings that same discipline and drive to the way she supports clients.

Justin
Fitness Coach

Justin is currently completing his Certificate III and IV in Fitness and has six months of supervised group and personal training experience. With three years of consistent gym training under his belt, he brings energy, focus and a real passion for helping others improve. Outside the gym, Justin is big on music, footy and cricket, and brings that same enthusiasm and team spirit into every session.
