Do I have to sign up to a contract?

No, we don’t require contracts at Body Blitzer Fitness Centre. We offer a wide range of flexible options, including various membership plans, class packs, and both short- and long-term programs. We will work closely with you to determine the best option that aligns with your fitness goals and lifestyle.

I'm a busy working parent. Do you offer flexible times to attend sessions?

Yes, we understand that juggling work and family can be challenging. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling, with over 35 different classes on our timetable, including early morning, mid morning, mid-day, evening, and weekend sessions to fit your busy lifestyle.

Do you offer fitness programs for beginners?

Yes! We have programs specifically designed for beginners to help ease you into a fitness routine. Whether it's personal training or group classes, our coaches will ensure you start at the right level for your fitness journey.

I’m over 35, is it too late to start strength training?

It’s never too late! Strength training is beneficial for all ages, and we offer programs tailored to individuals over 35. These programs focus on improving strength, mobility, and overall health in a safe, supportive environment.

What is the Mums and Bubs program?

Our Mums and Bubs program is designed for new mums looking to get back into fitness while caring for their little ones. The program combines gentle but effective exercises that can be done alongside your baby in a friendly group environment.

How do I book a session or join a class?

What support do you offer outside of training sessions?

At Body Blitzer, we provide ongoing support to help you stay consistent. We offer:

  • Regular check-ins with your coach.

  • Mentorship to help you grow both physically and mentally.

Are your fitness programs suitable for those with injuries or chronic pain?

Yes, we specialise in working with individuals over 35 and those managing injuries or chronic pain. Our trainers can modify exercises to ensure you train safely while still making progress towards your fitness goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. For group classes, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your spot.

Can I bring a friend to a session?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share your fitness journey with friends. We even run special promotions, like our Bubs Bootcamp, where you and a friend could win a free pass.

How do I know which program is right for me?

We recommend starting with a free in-person consultation, where we’ll assess your fitness level, discuss your goals, and recommend the best program for you—whether it’s personal training, group classes, or bootcamp. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly help point you in the right direction.

What support is available when I'm at the gym?

When you’re at Body Blitzer Fitness Centre, our team is here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re in a personal training session, group class, or working out independently, our coaches are available to offer guidance, correct your form, and answer any questions. 

How do you measure progress?

We track your progress through a combination of methods, including regular fitness assessments, strength tests, and body measurements. We also encourage tracking how you feel in terms of energy, mood, and overall wellness. Your coach will review your progress regularly and adjust your program as needed to ensure you’re always moving toward your goals.
