Personal training





Each of our personal training clients will undergo a consultation to assess their current health and fitness status, and to set realistic goals.

To make your personal training more affordable, the rates drop (per person) when you train with one or two friends. The rates also decrease when you commit to multiple sessions over a period of time.

Any PT client who purchases a minimum of 20 sessions or more and does PT twice a week, may have FREE access to our group sessions and gym.

PT packs of twenty sessions or more (two sessions per week) come with a money back guarentee.
