Boot camp timetable





Body Blitzer offers the biggest range of boot camps in south west Victoria. At any one time we have between 8 to 12 programs running each week. Our boot camps offer variety from boxing to resistance based exercise programs, from beginner to advanced level. We even cater for mums with our ‘Bootcamp with Bubs’ program.
